  •  3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  •  1/2 cup ketchup
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  •  Place the meat on a chopping board flat. Pour half of the rub on top and rub/pat it in to create a nice thick coat. Flip over and repeat on the other side.
